刘沐，庐陵人。
宋史卷四百五十四 列传第二百一十三：
刘沐字渊伯，庐陵人。文天祥邻曲也，少相狎昵，天祥好奕，与沐对奕，穷思忘日夜以为常。及起兵，辟补宣教郎、督府机宜。暨天祥出使，沐领兵还。天祥归，开府南剑，沐收部曲来会，改授太府寺簿，专将一军，为督府亲卫。会空坑兵败，被执至豫章，父子同日死焉。仲子死乱兵，季子复从天祥死岭南。当时江西忠义皆沐所号召。沐性沈实而圆机，昼夜应酬，亹亹不倦云。
