清史稿卷四百八十二 列传二百六十九：
恭冕，字叔俛。光绪五年举人。守家学，通经训，入安徽学政朱兰幕，为校李贻德春秋贾服注辑述，移补百数十事。后主讲湖北经心书院，敦品饬行，崇尚朴学。幼习毛诗，晚年治公羊春秋，发明“新周”之义，辟何劭公之谬说，同时通儒皆韪之。卒，年六十。著有论语正义补，何休论语注训述，广经室文钞。
