刘士昭，太和人。
宋史卷四百五十四 列传第二百一十三：
刘士昭，太和人，尝为针工。与乡人同谋复太和县，败，血指书帛云："生为宋民，死为宋鬼，赤心报国，一死而已。"因以其帛自缢死。
其党入狱，多乞怜苟免。有王士敏者，独慷慨不挠，题其裾："此生无复望生还，一死都归谈笑间，大地尽为腥血污，好收吾骨首阳山。"临刑叹曰："恨吾病失声，不能大骂耳。"
同时有赵孟垒者，合州人。登开庆元年第，为金华尉。临安降，与从子由鉴怀太皇太后帛书诣益王，擢宗正寺簿、监军。复明州，战败见获，不屈磔死。
方大军驻绍兴，福王与芮从子曰孟松，谋举兵，事泄，被执至临安。范文虎诘其谋逆，孟松诟曰："贼臣负国厚恩，共危社稷，我帝室之胄，欲一刷宗庙之耻，乃更以为逆乎？"文虎怒，驱出斩之，过宋庙，呼曰："太祖、太宗列圣之灵在天，何以使孟松至此？"都人莫不陨泪。既死，雷电昼晦者久之。
