刘允济，洛州巩人\河南巩人。
旧唐书卷一百九十中 列传第一百四十：
刘允济，洛州巩人，其先自沛国徙焉。南齐彭城郡丞愬六代孙也。少孤，事母甚谨。博学善属文，与绛州王勃早齐名，特相友善。弱冠，本州举进士，累除著作佐郎。允济尝采摭鲁哀公后十二代至于战国遗事，撰《鲁后春秋》二十卷。表上之，迁左史，兼直弘文馆。垂拱四年，明堂初成，允济奏上《明堂赋》以讽，则天甚嘉叹之，手制褒美，拜著作郎。
天授中，为来俊臣所构，当坐死，以其母老，特许终其余年，仍留系狱。久之，会赦免，贬授大庾尉。长安中，累迁著作佐郎，兼修国史。未几，擢拜凤阁舍人。中兴初，坐与张易之款狎，左授青州长史，为吏清白，河南道巡察使路敬潜甚称荐之。寻丁母忧，服阕而卒。
