刘伯庄，徐州彭城人也。贞观中，累除国子助教。与其舅太学博士侯孝遵齐为弘文馆学士，当代荣之。寻迁国子博士，其后又与许敬宗等参修《文思博要》及《文馆词林》。龙朔中，兼授崇贤馆学士。撰《史记音义》、《史记地名》、《汉书音义》各二十卷，行于代。
