公孙武达，雍州栎阳人。
旧唐书卷五十七 列传第七：
公孙武达者，雍州栎阳人也。少有膂力，称为豪侠。在隋为骁果。武德初，至长春宫请谒太宗，从讨刘武周，力战，功居最。又从平王世充、窦建德，累迁秦王府右三军骠骑，封清水县公。贞观初，检校右监门将军，寻除肃州刺史。岁余，突厥数千骑、辎重万余入侵肃州，欲南入吐谷浑。武达领二千人与其精锐相遇，力战，虏稍却，急攻之，遂大溃，挤之于张掖河。又命军士于上流以栰渡兵，击其余众，贼半济，两岸夹攻之，斩溺略尽。玺书慰勉之，拜左监门将军。后又受诏击盐州叛突厥，武达引兵趋灵州，追及之。贼方渡河，见武达至，据河南岸。武达引兵击之，斩其渠帅可逻拔扈，余党几尽。进封东莱郡公。永徽中，累授右武卫大将军。及卒，高宗废朝举哀，赠荆州都督，给东园秘器，陪葬昭陵，谥曰壮。
