侯赟，并州太原人。
宋史卷二百七十四 列传第三十三：
侯赟，并州太原人。父义，汉辽州刺史。赟以荫补殿前承旨。周显德中，再迁至供奉官，使江南，复命领三门、集津发运使。
宋初，为诸卫将军。先是，朝廷岁仰关中谷麦以给用，赟掌其事历三十年，国用无阙。累迁至右武卫将军。开宝中，历知建安军、扬、徐二州，皆有善政。太宗即位，移知福州，改右卫将军。太平兴国二年，钱俶初纳土，诏赟驰往两浙诸州阅视军储刍茭，累迁右卫大将军。七年，知灵州，按视蕃落，宴犒以时，得边士心，部内大治，迁左卫。在朔方凡十余年，上念久次，求可代者而难其人。淳化二年，卒于官，年七十四，赠本卫上将军。
