何汝霖，海盐人。
清史稿卷四百八十 列传二百六十七：
汝霖，字商隐，海盐人。尝与友人曰：“周、程、张、朱一脉，吾辈不可令断绝。”居丧三年，未尝饮酒食肉。隐居澉浦紫云村，学者称紫云先生。履祥子维恭，尝受业於汝霖、克贞之门。又有吴璜、安道、邱云，皆履祥友，并命维恭师事焉。曰：“数人皆深造自得，君子人也。”璜，秀水人。刚直好义，势利不动心。安道，嘉兴人。云，桐乡人。安道尝言：“君子之异於小人，中国之异於夷狄，人类之异於禽兽，有礼无礼而已。士何可不学礼？”又曰：“东林诸公，大抵是重名节。然止数君子，馀皆有名而无节也。”
