晋书卷九十三 列传第六十三：
何准，字幼道，穆章皇后父也。高尚寡欲，弱冠知名，州府交辟，并不就。兄充为骠骑将军，劝其令仕，准曰："第五之名何灭骠骑？"准兄弟中第五，故有此言。充居宰辅之重，权倾一时，而准散带衡门，不及人事，唯诵佛经，修营塔庙而已。征拜散骑郎，不起。年四十七卒。升平元年，追赠金紫光禄大夫，封晋兴县侯。子惔以父素行高洁，表让不受。三子：放、惔、澄。

惔官至南康太守，早卒。惔子元度，西阳太守；次叔度，太常卿、尚书。
澄字季玄，起家秘书郎，转丞，清正有器望，累迁秘书监、太常、中护军。孝武帝深爱之，以为冠军将军、吴国内史。太元末，琅邪王出居外第，妙选师傅，征拜尚书，领琅邪王师。安帝即位，迁尚书左仆射，典选、王师如故。时澄脚疾，固让，特听不朝，坐家视事。又领本州大中正。及桓玄执政，以疾奏免，卒于家。安帝反正，追赠金紫光禄大夫。长子籍，早卒。次子融，元熙中，为大司农。
