令狐熙，敦煌人。
周书卷三十六 列传第二十八：
熙字长熙。性方雅，有度量，虽在私室，容止俨然。非一时贤俊，未尝与之游处。善骑射，解音律，涉群书，尤明《三礼》。累迁居职任，并有能名。大象中，位至吏部中大夫、仪同大将军。
整弟休，幼聪敏，有文武材。起家太学生。后与整同起兵逐张保，授都督。累迁大都督、乐安郡守。入为中外府乐曹参军。时诸功臣多为本州刺史，晋公护谓整曰："以公勋望，应得本州，但朝廷藉公委任，无容远出。然公门之内，须有衣锦之荣。"乃以休为敦煌郡守。在郡十余年，甚有政绩。进位仪同三司，迁合州刺史。寻卒官。
