丁罕，颍州人。
宋史卷二百七十五 列传第三十四：
丁罕者，颍州人。应募补卫士，累迁指挥使。从刘廷翰战徐河，以夺桥功，迁本军都虞候。累迁天武指挥使，领奖州团练使。淳化三年，出为泽州团练使、知霸州。会河溢坏城垒，罕以私钱募筑，民咸德之。五年，以容州观察使领灵环路行营都部署，与李继迁战，斩首俘获以数万计。至道中，率兵从大将李继隆出青冈峡，贼闻先遁，追十日程，不见而返。三年，真拜密州观察使、知威虏军，徙贝州。咸平二年，卒。子守德，能世其家。
