邹湛，南阳新野人。
晋书卷九十二 列传第六十二：
邹湛，字润甫，南阳新野人也。父轨，魏左将军。湛少以才学知名，仕魏历通事郎、太学博士。泰始初，转尚书郎、廷尉平、征南从事中郎，深为羊祜所器重。入为太子中庶子。太康中，拜散骑常侍，出补渤海太守，转太傅杨骏长史，迁侍中。骏诛，以僚佐免官。寻起为散骑常侍、国子祭酒，转少府。元康末卒，所著诗及论事议二十五首，为时所重。
初，湛尝梦见一人，自称甄舒仲，余无所言，如此非一。久之，乃悟曰："吾宅西有积土败瓦，其中必有死人。甄舒仲者，予舍西土瓦中人也。"检之，果然，厚加敛葬。葬毕，遂梦此人来谢。
子捷，字太应，亦有文才。永康中，为散骑侍郎。及赵王伦篡逆，捷与陆机等俱作禅文。伦诛，坐下廷尉，遇赦免。后为太傅参军。永嘉末，卒。
