南史卷七十六 列传第六十六：
蔡薈，字休明，陈留人。清抗不与俗人交。李捴谓江斅曰："古人称安贫清白曰夷，涅而不缁曰白，至如蔡休明者，可不谓之夷白乎？"
又有鲁国孔嗣之，字敬伯。宋时与齐高帝俱为中书舍人，并非所好。自庐江郡守去官，隐居钟山。朝廷以为太中大夫，卒。
