沈国模，馀姚人。
清史稿卷四百八十 列传二百六十七：
沈国模，字求如，馀姚人。明诸生。馀姚自王守仁讲致良知之学，弟子遍天下。同邑传其学者，推徐爱、钱德洪、胡瀚、闻人诠，再传而得国模。少以明道为己任。尝预刘宗周证人讲会，归而辟姚江书院，与同里管宗圣、史孝咸辈，讲明良知之说。其所学或以为近禅，而言行敦洁，较然不欺其志，故推纯儒。山阴祁彪佳以御史按江东，一日，杖杀大憝数人，適国模至，欣然述之。国模瞠目字祁曰：“世培，尔亦曾闻曾子曰‘如得其情，则哀矜而勿喜’乎？”后彪佳尝语人曰：“吾每虑囚，必念求如言。恐仓卒喜怒过差，负此良友也。”明亡，闻宗周死节，为位哭之痛，已而讲学益勤。顺治十三年，卒，年八十有二。
