曹燮培，浙江仁和人。
清史稿卷四百九十一 列传二百七十八：
燮培，字理村，浙江仁和人。选柳州通判，摄西隆州、宾州事，除东兰州知州，权全州。性倜傥，有吏才，不拘节目，声伎满前，然无废事。或规之，引文信国公少年时事自解，曰：“他日能学文山足矣！”人谓燮培无负素志云。
时死广西者，又有署永安州吴江龙门司巡检冯元等。
