沆，登进士第，官至员外郎，知制诰，拜中书舍人。坐事贬循州司户。乾符初，复拜舍人，寻迁礼部侍郎，典贡举。选名士十数人，多至卿相。乾符末，本官同平章事。遇京国盗据，从驾不及而卒。沂后官亦隆显。
