尉迟德诚，绛州人。
元史卷一百七十六 列传第六十三：
尉迟德诚，字信甫，绛州人。祖天泽，仕金为库官，郡王带孙拔绛州，天泽在俘中，道见兵死者，辄涕泣收瘗之，带孙令佩金符，授云州御衣局人匠总管。父鼎，仕至潞州知州。德诚历官太子率更丞。至大元年，改詹事院都事。二年，迁家令司丞。仁宗以为谨恪，常赐酒帛，得侍左右。数荐士，出则未尝语人。厅事前有粟苗，不种而萌偶出，一茎双穗，众以为嘉禾。升家令。四年，选为河东山西道宣慰司同知，击奸吏，宽税敛，上计京师。入见，帝方食，赐以馂馀，擢工部尚书，未拜，改陕西行台治书侍御史。延祐元年，迁京畿都漕运使。二年，拜辽东道肃政廉访使，上疏言事，其略曰劳诸王以怀其心，防出入以严宫禁，立谏官以远谗佞，崇科举以求人材，立常平以备荒年，汰僧道以宽民力，举贤良以励忠孝，抑奢侈以厚风俗，及拯钞法、裁冗官等事。未报而卒，年五十三。
